Thank you for shopping with Quiet Grain Studio. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Because we're a small business, we appreciate your patience as we create and ship your order.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your package is accepted.

Shipping destinations

We currently only ship within the United States.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to guarantee that the address can be changed.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us.

While we do our best to get every order to you within our estimated time frame, shipping delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at quietgrainstudiopdx@gmail.com with your order number and item ordered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it.
